ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT  

Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ Allied Health Assistants for a Part-Time position and also for a temporary position (maternity leave position covering up to Sept 2025) working in the Residential facility.

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will contribute to implementing mobility and activity programs to meet the needs of all care recipients within the residential facility as required.

The successful applicant will:

  • have a certificate in Allied Health or equivalent

  • have a calling to care.

  • display good communication and people skills.

  • be punctual and reliable and have a strong work ethic

  • hold a current NDIS Worker Screening or be willing to obtain.

DAY CENTRE PERSONAL CARER

Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ a Personal Carer to join our team at the Day Centre.

At the Day Centre you will support Day Centre activities including contributing to the planning of activities, assisting with transports, outings and personal care of Care Recipients.

The successful applicant will:

  • have a certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Support

  • have current First Aid Certificate

  • have current Bus Licence or willing to obtain (desirable)

  • hold a current NDIS Worker Screening or be willing to obtain

  • pass a pre-employment medical

HOME SUPPORT WORKER 

Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ an experienced Home Support Workers to join our ever growing Home Care team providing high quality in-home care to people within the Port Lincoln region to help them achieve their goals and live their best lives. 

As an experienced Home Support Worker you working closely with people to achieve their goals, assist with day to day activities and provide high quality care in their home and in the community. Duties may include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication support (in house training provided), helping around the home with light housework and shopping support. Flexibility to work after hours and on weekends an advantage. Casual & Perm Part Time positions available.

The successful applicant will:

  • have current First Aid Certificate

  • have a current Drivers Licence with suitable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

ENROLLED NURSE

HOME​ CARE CASE MANAGER

Matthew Flinders Care Services is seeking to employ a Registered Nurse to join the Home Care team as a Home Care Case Manager.

As a Home Care Case Manager you will be working closely with our Care Recipients to understand their goals and to help them live their best lives in their own homes.

Daily tasks may include undertaking assessments, conducting quarterly or annual reviews, developing support plans, working with the Care Recipient to implement new services, arranging equipment, helping Care Recipients to make decisions to best utilise their Home Care Package.

The role is ideally Monday to Friday 8:30 – 4:30pm, offering flexible working hours to accommodate school hours for the right applicant, as well as excellent salary packaging benefits – increase your take home pay!

The successful applicant will:

  • have a current AHPRA registration

  • Have experience in case management (desirable but not essential)
